Holly Girlz started with four sisters and a shared conviction that original artistry, built from the inside out, was the only kind worth pursuing.

What began as a music group became something harder to categorize. A sisterhood of four multi-hyphenate artists, Amsara, Taia, Ariana and Sanefer Holly; Holly Girlz, raised in Washington, D.C., and based in Los Angeles. They are vocalists, actresses, filmmakers, and storytellers. More than that, they are architects of a creative vision entirely their own.

Holly Girlz didn't set out to follow a path. They chose to carve one. From the beginning, the sisters committed to a single principle and devotion to uplift and inspire through their creativity, which has shaped everything they've touched.

As filmmakers, they wrote, directed, produced, scored, and starred in their debut short film The Guest; shot entirely on iPhone, and earned the ISA Award for Best First-Time Female Director and Best Alternative Film, and screened at the Micheaux Film Festival 2024. Before that, their collaboration with Bron Studios and Modern LaLa Land gave rise to Till Now We Stand, a short film written by and starring the sisters.

In music, they are equally formidable. Holly Harmonies is their defining statement for 2026: a five-episode series of original music and original visuals, each chapter a world unto itself, each one a testament to what it means to be a family, artistic, and uncompromisingly visionary.

Their debut single, "Lungs Full," the first release from their signature project, Holly Harmonies, was written by all four sisters and arrives as a confident, genre-bending introduction: soulful 90s hip-hop soul woven through with contemporary R&B energy, and grounded in the kind of shared perspective only sisterhood can produce.
